SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We process shipment within 1 business day of cleared payment. Order received by 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time from Monday through Friday will be shipped same day. We ship 99% of the orders within one hour of receiving clear payment. We don't ship on Sundays! However, we do try to make an effort to answer any question or concern you may have on Sunday.

We provide FREE SHIPPING within the United States via USPS. Upon completion of shipping, we will provide you tracking information + number at no cost to you. So you can track your order at your convenience.

  • You will receive your item within 3 – 5 days

  • We do process orders on most Saturdays

  • If you need your item shipped ASAP, please leave us a note at the checkout.

  • We do offer expedited services.

  • For Express and Priority Mail, please contact us for quote.

--  INTERNATIONAL  --

We do ship worldwide. However, we do not provide free shipping to the orders going outside of the United States, shipping charges for international buyers may vary, for instance depending on your location and the weight of your order. You may ask in advance about the shipping charges. We will gladly provide you this information, and we absolutely do not charge any fee for this service. We normally ship all international orders via first class U.S. mail. Please be advised USPS does not provide tracking information + number for international orders shipped via First Class Mail. However, if you would prefer Express Mail, or Priority Mail, please let us know so we can provide you the quote for these services.We do not charge any handling fee.  We do recommend USPS over the courier.

 

  • Usually International First Class Mail takes about three weeks.

  • It may get to your Country sooner.

  • We do offer Express and Priority Mail options, please contact us for shipping quotes.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
