During business hours (9:300 AM – 6:00 PM EST, Monday-Sunday). Give the customer service representative your order, your name, address, including E-mail address and payment information, ie. Credit Card number and expiry date.

Faxing Orders: Print the Fax Order Form, fill out and fax to 1-718-888-1261 . This is a direct fax line available 24 hours/day to receive orders.

Mailing Orders: Print the Mail Order Form, fill out and mail to Brighten Corporation,

133-54 41st Avenue, 3rd Floor, Flushing, NY 11355, USA.

We accept checks, credit card or by money order in USD funds, payable to Brighten Corporation. Orders will be filled as soon as they are cleared at the bank. (Please note it usually takes 3-5 days to clear a check). To avoid delays, money orders and credit card payments are preferred.
Receipts: All orders will have a detailed receipt and credit card receipt shipped with them.

Credit Cards: Credit card statements will read "Brighten Corporation." Credit cards will not be charged until orders are ready to be shipped.

Please note that, as a USD site, all transactions are performed in USD funds. Receipts will show totals in USD dollars. Your credit card company will do the actual conversion into other currencies, and your credit card statement will show the details of the transaction and the currency conversion using the exchange rate prevailing at the time of the transaction.

Returns: Within two weeks time will be accepted for a full refund provided the product is unopened (less shipping costs).

Shipping: A variety of shipping options can be chose. Shipping costs are based on the shipping method you choose. Check the table for our domestic shipping rates.

Rates may change

The expedited shipping methods are unavailable for P.O. boxes, US Territories, and APO/FPO Military addresses. We ship via standard shipping only to these locations. Packages sent to military or Territorial addresses may be delayed by standard mail handling. Delivery times may be longer for items that require ground-only shipping. Items that require ground-only shipping cannot be delivered to APO/FPO addresses.

*Order processing
  • Orders received before 5 p.m. Eastern Time Monday through Friday will be processed the same day. Orders received after 5 p.m. Eastern Time will be processed the next day. Orders received after 5 p.m. Eastern Time Friday, Saturday, or on Sunday will be processed on the following business day.
  • Our transportation partners do not process orders on the weekend. Therefore, if you place an order after 4 p.m. Eastern Time on Friday, you may experience a delay between your order shipped confirmation email and the actual shipment of your order.

Weekend delivery

Orders shipped via UPS (Overnight, 2-day, and 3-day) are delivered Monday through Friday only.

Alaska and Hawaii

Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may require an additional one to two days.

Risk of Loss

All items purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
